What Are the Yoga Sutras?
The Yoga Sutras are at the foundation of yoga philosophy. The text is estimated to have been written in roughly 400 C.E. and is regarded by many as the basis of yoga philosophy. Written by the sage Patanjali in India and composed of 196 short verses, the sutras open the door to self-realization through yoga.
What Makes this Workshop Special?
While women make up 90% percent of the yoga community, up until now, interpretations of the Sutras have been written by men. In this workshop, Nischale and Tracee explain the Sutras from a unique, heart-based perspective designed to resonate with YOU.
During This Free Online Workshop, You’ll
