Am wondering whether there was discussion post-video among Paul and his group about where students were feeling potential for injury? Knees, hips, other, and whether bone/joint-related, or muscle, tendon, ligament-related? Thanks very much, this is so awesome, and am so excited about this program!!
While studying under a couple of teachers/authors specialized in SI Joint dysfunctions, they recommend balancing the pelvis to avoid further damage and pain… now this information contradicts that. Could it be that this is Yin versus a yang practice and the muscular activation?
