The power of self-love is an important and active practice. It is what allows us to heal ourselves, care for the collective and offer fierce compassion when needed. When we truly love ourselves we understand the unique power that we all possess to be part of collective healing. 

This Valentines Day join Tracee Stanley in a workshop dedicated to honoring the practice of self-love. Together we will explore the Samskaras that lead us away from being self-loving. We will then create an auspicious Sankalpa to support us in reclaiming self-love and empowering ourselves by amplifying our deserving power. Finally, we will practice Yoga Nidra and rest in the spaciousness of the cave of our heart.  

This workshop is an intuitive weaving of the practices of meditation, self-inquiry journaling and Yoga Nidra to support the healing and expansion of those who are in attendance for this LIVE workshop. 

Known for her responsive and emergent teaching Tracee will source teachings from her over 25 years of study in the traditions of Tantra, Himalayan Masters and Sri Vidya. Tracee Stanley is the author of Radiant Rest: Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation and Awakened Clarity, the creatrix of Empowered Life Self-inquiry Oracle and Soul Journal and the host of Radiant Rest podcast. 

Workshop Details:

  • Sankalpa Crafting: 
    • Working together we’ll create a sankalpa, an auspicious vow to help you move beyond self-doubt and into a higher vibration of self-love and empowerment.
  • Self-love healing tools: 
    • We’ll journal, mind map, and practice Yoga Nidra to deepen our state of rest, all elements leading to rejuvenation and a collective grounding. Included in the workshop is a downloadable PDF of our mind mapping worksheet.
  • Downloadable Yoga Nidra Practice:
    • Tracee will share a Yoga Nidra practice during the live workshop which will be available as a separate audio download. The practice is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. When combined with the sankalpa you will create, it can be very powerful in connecting you with your innermost wisdom.
  • Downloadable instructions for a 40-day self-guided self-love Sadhana
  • Resources for books and podcasts to deepen your practice
  • 1 live check-in post workshop on March 6, 2021 from 1 – 2 pm MST
    • Meet with Tracee and fellow participants for a 60 minute opportunity to ask questions, check-in on your self-guided self-love Sadhana, and access additional resources and tips

Workshop Technical Details:

  • This live workshop and follow up call will be hosted on the Zoom webinar platform and will be capped at 120 registrants
  • Registrants will have access to the recording for 7 days after the workshop.
  • You will need:
    • – A quiet place to set up your Yoga Nidra nest
        (instructions will be provided after registration)
    • – Props
    • – Computer and internet access
    • – Notebook, journal and pen, or creative tools
